Hrithik Roshan To Pair With Deepika Padukone In Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’?

Mumbai: Filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari and Ravi Udayawar are ready to mesmerize the audience with their upcoming live-action trilogy, Aya Ramayana, which will be reportedly shot in 3D.

Speculation about potential actors in the film is making the rounds on the internet. If anything happens according to those reports of Filmfare, then Hrithik Roshan has been approached to play the role of Lord Rama in an epic drama, and the actor has allegedly shaken his head for a big-budget film.

Opening especially about this Magnum Opus, director Nitesh Tiwari told ETimes, “I am eager to work in the work Ramayana, something that I am really excited. Once working with ‘Ich Chhichore’, I will start working for ‘Ramayana’. This is a challenge for me because I have a sense of responsibility for bringing the project to its real form for the country.”

‘Ramayana’, which will be made in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil, will be made by Allu Arvind, Namit Malhotra and Madhu Mantena. The film will also be built on a grand budget of 500 crores.

Hrithik Roshan who was lastly seen in Super30 were he played a character of mathematician was a blockbuster film. The film collected around 131 crores. On the other hand, Deepika Padukone will be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Chhapaak’ where she will be seen essaying the role of acid attack survivors Laxmi Agarwal.
