‘Joker’ Trailer: A Supervillain Is All DC Might Need To Become A Hero

Mumbai; Warner Bros has released the final trailer for its Clown Prince of Crime origin tale “Joker,” starring Joaquin Phoenix as the man who will become Batman’s greatest foe.

It’s a dark origin story. about how Arthur will eventually become one of Batman’s most notorious villains, unleashing plenty of violence unto Gotham along the way.

The trailer summarises how a normal guy who descends into madness and crime. And Joaquin’s clown act will give you the chills and a sleepless night.

Apart from Joaquin Phoenix, the film also stars Robert De Niro, Zazie Beetz, Frances Conroy, Marc Maron, Bill Camp, Glenn Fleshler, Shea Whigham, Brett Cullen, Douglas Hodge and Josh Pais.

The film will have a big premiere at this year’s Venice Film Festival, followed by a screening in Toronto on September 9. It has been slated to hit the theatres on October 4, 2019, worldwide.
