Parents Want Me To Live With Them: Jacqueline On COVID-19 In India
Mumbai: Actress Jacqueline Fernandez shared that her parents want her to live with them in Bahrain because of the COVID-19 situation in India.
Jacqueline Fernandez was supposed to be shooting for her forthcoming film ‘Ram Setu’ alongside Akshay Kumar and Nushrratt Bharuccha but Akshay got diagnosed COVID positive because of which the shooting schedule went for a toss
In a recent interview with Times of India, Jacqueline opened up about her parents and other relatives are worried for her in view of the COVID situation in India and want her to shift to ‘Bahrain’ in the meantime.

“My friends from Sri Lanka and my parents living in Bahrain see the news and panic when they see the situation in India. My parents want me to live with them in Bahrain … My uncles and cousins in Sri Lanka are also asking me to come and live with them. However, I am pretty intent on staying put here and continuing the work I am doing,” said Jacqueline who has made it clear that she won’t be leaving Mumbai anytime soon and continue her philanthropic activities here.
Jacqueline Fernandez has several star-studded films to her credit including the action thriller ‘Attack’ with John Abraham. She will be seen in the horror-comedy ‘Bhoot Police’ alongside Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor.
Jacqueline is collaborating with Akshay Kumar over two exciting ventures including ‘Ram Setu’ and ‘Bachchan Pandey’. She will also be seen alongside Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Cirkus’.
