Patriotism Should Not Be Taken As A Sellable Thing: Sunny Deol

Mumbai: In these years, Sunny Deol has acted in many patriotic films, but on Thursday, the veteran actor said that he never saw those films as a “sellable” product.

The actor, who is part of high-patriotic films like “Border” and “Gadar: Ek Prem Katha”, said that he chose his films based on his role.

“The most important thing is, are we all patriotic? Do we love our mother and our country?

“It shouldn’t be taken as a sellable thing. And that’s how I have done my films. Whenever I have done anything, I have believed in the characters.”

“It is also my nature, I go to the end, I am not the kind of person who accepts defeat, in any way that appears across the screen. When I have done films on patriotic notes, people have more with me Have connected. ”

He was speaking in the trailer launch of his next, “Blank”, in which Karan Kapadia, son of Simple Kapadia and the role of the nephew of actor Dimple Kapadia.

“Nowadays, the newcomer is very well prepared. Karan was certain about this project, he had already passed through me, which is very good because then you are the owner of the character and the subject,” sunny said.

The thriller, also featuring Ishita Dutta, has been directed Behzad Khambata. Khambata has co-written the film Pranav Adarsh. “Blank” is scheduled to release on May 3.
