Terrorists Who Killed J&K Teacher Rajni Bala Shot Dead In Kulgam Encounter

Mumbai: The two terrorists, who killed a 36-year-old school teacher Rajni Bala on May 31, were shot dead in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam on Thursday, police said.

Police said that both the terrorists were involved in the murder of school teacher Rajni Bala in the Gopalpora area of ​​High School, Kulgam on May 31.

Kashmir Zone Police said, “Encounter has started again in Mishipora area of ​​Kulgam, where cordon and search operation is going on since June 14.”

The rise in targeted killings of Kashmiri Pandits led to protests in several districts and many demanding relocations, claiming that they do not feel safe in Srinagar.

Earlier, a police officer Saifullah Qadri was martyred in the firing of terrorists in the Soura area of ​​Srinagar. Police said the man’s daughter also sustained injuries during the attack.

In another deadly attack, a Kashmiri Pandit and a government employee named Rahul Bhat were shot dead by terrorists inside the local tehsil office.

On May 12, gunmen opened fire on Bhat at an office in the Chadoora area of ​​central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
