Actor Karan Oberoi Arrested On Rape Charges, Sent To Police Custody

Mumbai: In a shocking incident actor Karan Oberoi has been arrested by the Mumbai Police in a rape case. Allegedly, Karan was accused of raping a woman in Mumbai’s Oshiwara in 2017.

Actor Karan Oberoi who was last seen in Amazon Prime’s Inside Edge.

According to the ANI, police have arrested actor Karan Oberoi in connection with the alleged rape. The actor has been sent to the police custody by the Mumbai court till 9th May.

A case was registered against Oberoi under Section 376 (rape) and 384 (forced recovery) of the Indian Penal Code in Mumbai’s Oshiwara police station

Oberoi not only raped the woman and filmed the act, but also demanded money from the victim, threatening to issue the video that if she does not pay, then she cites the FIR and said.
