Akshay Kumar Expresses His Utmost Pleasure And Respect Towards Working For Lady Led Mission Mangal

Pune : It seems like Akshay Kumar big time is on roll. After giving out 2.0, now it’s the turn of a major women cast movie.  

Recently, Akshay Kumar joined steps with Rajnikanth to give out a marvelous SciFi movie 2.0 which is working well in cinemas. However, he’s on work with his next multi female lead movie Mission mangal. The actor is well famous for his back to back hit projects which country gold, Padman, Toilet Ek Prem Katha, Gold  and many more. Not to forget that the B-Town Khiladi also leads Indian Forbes celeb list with Salman and others in top 100s list. Akshay’s next project has a major female lead of Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Kirti Kulhari with other supporting actors.  

In an interview with DNA Akshay Kumar shared his opinion and experience while working with so many female leads,  “That script demands the women to be ahead of us. They are the real heroes of the mission. Mission Mangal is interesting and inspiring. I’ve no shame in doing a movie that is led by women. At this stage, I don’t have to think much about my screen time. Whenever people approach me, I just see if my role is making an impact. If it does, and I have dates, I do it.” 

Although it’s very interesting and rare to see such amount of actors sharing screens in a movie, talking to Akshay, he responded, “I’m happy that these girls are not bothered about the fact that there are five female leads in the same film. That ‘main kyu karu’ attitude isn’t there. I don’t think five heroes will come together for a movie like this.” This builds much excitement amongst viewers for Mission mangal which is co-produced by Cape of good films, Akshay’s production house and Fox Star studios.
