During the promotion of Sai Ra Narasimha Reddy in Mumbai, Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi confirmed that Anushka has played an important cameo in the film. It is revealed that she will appear as Rani Laxmibai.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy boasts a massive budget of Rs 270 crore. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi, Kichha Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu, Ravi Kishan, Nayanthara, Tamannaah Bhatia, Niharika Konidela, Brahmaji and others in crucial roles. It is slated to release on October 2.
