Coolie No. 1 Remake: Sara Ali Khan Is Planned To Lead Against Varun Dhawan
Pune : The father-son duo is back again as David Dhawan’s Coolie No 1 is all set for it’s remake starring Varun Dhawan in lead, whereas female lead actress has yet to get finalised. For the time being, Sara Ali Khan is in consideration.
The movie which released on 1995 starring Govinda and Karisma in lead, for which Govinda received the Star Screen Award Special Jury Award for his role in this movie as ‘performer of the decade’.
Now it’s time for Varun Dhawan to play the role of Raju meanwhile female lead has yet to get final to play the role of malti which was played by Karisma in 1995, as per rumours Sara Ali Khan to be casted in film.
Although Varun earlier answered a fan on his Instagram live chat on being questioned about his choice of actress to work with in future as Jhanvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan. As witnessed, Sara is seen to fit in with a jolly character as seen in Kedarnath and Simmba, both of which were hits. That might be one reason to cast her for the place of Karisma Kapoor.
Varun is currently shooting with Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha for the movie Kalank, a Dharma production and Sajid Nadiadwala product which will be facing light on 19th April, 2019. It’s also heard that Varun’s ABCD 3 will also be on roll with Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi.
