‘Gunjan Saxena-The Kargil Girl’ First Poster Out, Jhanvi Kapoor To Play As IAF Pilot
Mumbai: After a fabulous debut in Bollywood with film ‘Dhadak’, Jhanvi Kapoor will be seen playing IAF pilot role for a film based on the life of Gunjan Saxena, an Indian Air Force Pilot.
The film was announced on 26 December 2018, when Kapoor shared the first look of the film on her Instagram account.
Karan Johar shared it’s first poster on his Instagram account and captioned it saying, “She was told ladkiyan Pilot Nahi banti…. But she stood her ground and wanted to fly… The Kargil Girl Gunjan Saxena”

In another post, Karan said that “With unabashed courage & bravery she made her domain in man’s world… Gunjan Saxena- The Kargil Girl.”

The film features Janhvi Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi and Angad Bedi in the lead roles.
Directed by Sharan Sharma, Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Production and Fox Star Studios films is scheduled to hit the theatres on 13th March 2020.
