He Will Always Be An Inspiration To Many: Radhika Madaan On Co-star Irrfan’s demise
Mumbai: Radhika Madan, co-star of the late actor Irrfan Khan, expressed deep grief over the demise of the critically acclaimed star in her previous film ‘Angrezi Medium’.
“I don’t know what to say … My heart hurts when I write this. He was one of the strongest people I knew that was a fighter. And 24-year-old Sutapa is Mam, Babil and Ayan ” actor said in a statement released by her team.
“I’m just grateful that our paths crossed in this lifetime. He will always be an inspiration to many. A legend. The man who changed the wave of the Indian film industry. May his soul rest in peace.”

Madan wrote an essay on the role of Irrfan’s daughter in ‘Angrezi Medium’. He was not part of the film’s promotion due to his ill health.
Irfan died on Wednesday in Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital while battling rare cancer. He was 53 years old.
