Students were protesting near the campus on Friday after they were allegedly denied admission in a government PU college for wearing a hijab.
The Board of Pre-University Education had issued a circular on Saturday saying that students can only wear uniforms approved by the school administration and no other religious practices will be allowed in colleges.
