Mumbai: Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon’s starrer Housefull 4, which crossed the Rs 50 crore mark in its opening weekend and now on its way to the Rs 100 crore club.
After taking the box office by storm with Kesari and Mission Mangal, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for a hat trick with Housefull 4. The film, which opened on Rs 19 crore on Friday made Rs 53.22 crore till Sunday.
As per the report, on Monday the film has managed to make an estimated total Rs of 68.22 crores (approx) on its fourth day at the box office.
The trailer was leaked a few minutes before the official launch. From boarding house full 4 expressing to special screenings, the makers didn’t leave anything unturned to create right hype.
However, the film was panned for its bad humour and senseless screenplay but hasn’t stop fans from going theatres. Such was the craze of Akshay Kumar fans waiting for Houseful 4.
The film is now on its way to cross the 100 crore mark. Housefull 4 is a reincarnation comedy set in 1419 and 2019. Which also stars Ritesh Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja hedge. The film hit the screens on October 25 and clashed at the box office with Raj Kumar Rao made in China and Tapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar Saand ki Aankh
