Hyderabad Sees Hottest Day Of Year With Max Temperature At 40.6°C

Mumbai: Amid rising temperatures, Hyderabad reported the season’s highest temperature on Thursday with a maximum temperature of 40.6 degrees Celsius.

The IMD has predicted light to moderate rain and thundershowers with a speed of 6 to 10 mph in some parts of the city.

The maximum and minimum temperatures in the city are likely to hover around 40 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees Celsius, respectively, in the next 24 hours.

Whereas, during the next 48 hours, light to moderate rain/thundershower with wind speed reaching around 6 to 10 mph is very likely.

According to the IMD, the maximum temperature is likely to reach 39 degrees Celsius and the minimum is 26 degrees Celsius in the next 48 hours. However, due to the rising temperature at present, the summer conditions in the city have become sour, which is directly affecting human health.

The State Meteorological Centre has also urged people to avoid going to the sun from 12 PM to 3 PM.
