LPG Cylinder For Commercial Use Gets Costlier By ₹250 From Today

Mumbai: The price of commercial LPG cylinders has been hiked by ₹250 with effect from today. With the increase in rates, a 19kg commercial cylinder will now cost Rs 2253 effective from today.

According to the report of ANI, there has been no increase in the prices of domestic gas cylinders. In the last two months, the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 346 per cylinder.

Earlier on March 1, the rate of 19 kg commercial cylinder was reduced by Rs 105 and then on March 22, its price was cut by Rs 9.

The price of domestic LPG cylinder was also increased by Rs 50 on March 22 and after the hike, the price of 14.2 kg non-subsidised LPG cylinder in Delhi has now gone up to Rs 949.50.

Meanwhile, petrol and diesel prices have been hiked nine times in the last 11 days, taking a total of Rs 6.4 per liter, while LPG rates have also gone up by Rs 50 per cylinder. The latest gas price hike will further fuel inflation. There is no increase in fuel rates today.
