“We will do whatever the victim’s family wants to investigate. Action will be taken against the names taken by the victim. No culprit will be spared. This is not a matter of politics, ”Maurya said after meeting the victim’s relatives at her residence.

After visiting the residence of the Unnao rape victim, Unnao MP Sakshi Maharaj said, “I am in support of the victim family along with my party. I have also been very vocal about this in Parliament. Criminals will be arrested. No one will be spared. Unnao’s name has been maligned.”

In Unnao on Thursday, 90 percent of the rape victim died on Friday in Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital after suffering from heart failure after setting fire to the accused. The victim, brought from Unnao to Delhi, was put on a ventilator and his condition was said to be critical.
