The teenager from Arunachal Pradesh had gone missing a few days back and was later traced by the Chinese. The People’s Liberation Army of China handed him over to the Indian Army on Thursday.

Gandhi has been attacking Modi and his government over the standoff in Ladakh and has accused the prime minister of handing over Indian land to China.
