“Peace Talk Can Take Place If BJP Comes In Power,” Imran Khan

Mumbai: In a recent interview, Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan said that if the Bharatiya Janata Party wins the forthcoming general elections, then there can be a better chance of peace talks with India. In a Reuters report, Khan said, “If BJP wins, any kind of agreement could be made in Kashmir.

He said that if the next government in India is headed by the Congress, then it may be very scared to settle matters with Pakistan regarding Kashmir.

As Reuters reported, the Prime Minister of Pakistan said, “I had never thought that I would see what is happening in India … Muslim-ness is being attacked.” Their security in front of alleged extremist Hindu nationalism.

This week, the BJP promised people of Jammu and Kashmir to hold decades of special rights, which prevent outsiders from purchasing property in the state, it was a big concern, although it could also be an election, Khan was quoted as saying it was done.

Reuters said in reference to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, “Kashmir is a political struggle and there was no military solution” adding that Kashmiris had to suffer if armed militants from Pakistan came from across the border, resulting in the Indian army becoming crackdown.

He further said that it is important for Pakistan to have good relations with neighbouring countries, Afghanistan, India and Iran if its purpose is to save the poor economy.
