Prime Minister Narendra Modi To Address The Nation At 5 pm Today
Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 5 pm today, the Prime Minister’s Office tweeted.
This comes at a time when the daily coronavirus cases and deaths have dropped in India.
“Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi will address the nation at 5 PM today, 7th June,” Prime Minister’s Office said in a tweet.

The Prime Minister’s address comes at a time when COVID-19 cases are on the decline in the country following a massive spike in April-May and several states easing restrictions.
The Prime Minister is expected to address the nation regarding the improvement in the COVID-19 situation.
Meanwhile, India has reported 1,00,636 new COVID-19 cases and 2,427 deaths in the last 24 hours. The lowest single-day spike in infections in 61 days, taking the infection tally to 2,89,09,975.
The death toll from COVID-19 rose to 3,49,186 with 2,427 new deaths. The number of active cases has come down to less than 2 lakh for the eleventh consecutive day.
