Andhra Pradesh Tally Reaches 2,018 As 38 New COVID Cases Reported In State

Mumbai: The state government said that 38 more COVID-19 cases have been reported from Andhra Pradesh, with a total of 2,018 cases on Monday.

The government said that 7,409 samples have been tested in the last 24 hours.

Out of 38 new cases, 26 have returned from Gujarat, one from Karnataka and eight from Chittoor district at Koyamadu market in Chennai.

The total number of active COVID-19 cases in the state is 975.

In the last 24 hours, 73 people have been discharged, the total number of patients being 998.

No deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, with tolls constant at 45.
