Mumbai: According to a police official another blast occurred in the Tarn Taran district and two people were reportedly killed and one person was injured. According to the official the blast occurred in an agricultural field in Tarn Taran district of Punjab on early Thursday.
According to the reports the blast happened when some people were digging the ground in Pandori Gola village, the injured were admitted in the hospital. The reason for the blast is yet unknown, the authorities are said to be at the site of the blast and are investigating the reason, what kind of explosives led to the explosion.
All the victims are locals. Another blast took place in Gurdaspur district in a three-storey firecracker factory in Batala town of Punjab. The blast killed almost 23 people. The explosion according to some locals was so powerful that it damaged four nearby buildings. It also destroyed the vehicles parked nearby and a devotee who was in the basement of Gurudwara also died. The incident that occurred on Thursday shook up the entire Batala region.
