“As Promised In Manifesto, Refugees From Bangladesh Will Get Citizenship,” Amit Shah

Mumbai: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) President Amit Shah said that refugees who migrated from Bangladesh will get Indian citizenship as promised in BJP’ Sankalp Patra. Be it Hindus, Sikhs, Jains or Christians, will get citizenship.

Shah spoke out in a press conference that in the manifesto of BJP, it had clearly stated that terrorism will not be tolerated. We have also stated our stand regarding Article 370, citizenship bill and NRC.

Shah said, “I urge to Bengal people to vote without fear as workers of BJP is guarding them and protecting them in the polls of Lok Sabha.”

“Mamata Banerjee has got frightened after the end of second Lok sabha phase. There is a concession for politics in Bengal,” Shah said while hitting out at CM Mamata.

He added saying, “Mamata Banerjee did not let me allow to rally in Bengal and now people are not coming out for her rally,” he added.

“Sadhvi Pragya is caught in a false case. A false case was registered as to alleged Hindu terror. Court, gave a clean chit saying as a false case,” Shah said while talking about Sadhvi Pragya who is an accused in Malegaon blast case.

Devoting Prime Minister led BJP government, the BJP President said, “10,000 poor were provided with households in this district. Around 3,000 urban and poor got households. 7 crore houses were provided with gas connections. 8 crore houses got toilets and 50 crores will be benefited from insurance worth 5 lakh under Ayushman Bharat Yojana”.
