Under IPC 171-G, A Case Filed Against BJP Leader, Jaya Prada For Her Comments On Azam Khan And Mayawati

Monday: Under Indian Penal Code, 171-G, a case has been filed against BJP leader Jaya Prada for violating Model Code Of Conduct, for her comments on SP leader Azam Khan and BSP President Mayawati.

“Considering with the comments that Azam Khan makes on me, Mayawati you must think that his eyes like X-ray will stare at you as well”, Jaya Prada’s comment for which she was alleged.

She made this statement during addressing a rally on April 18 and the case was registered against her on April 20.

Past this month, Azam Khan during an election rally in Rampur had said, “For 10 years, you got represented by her (Jaya Prada). People of Rampur, people of Uttar Pradesh, People of India, 17 years went to understand her reality but I could pick out in 17 minutes that she wears a Khaki underw***r”.
