Bhushan Kumar Talks About His Father Gulshan Kumar’s Biopic ‘Mogul’, Will Announce Lead Actors Soon

Mumbai: Giving an update on father’s biopic, producer Bhushan Kumar said that the film has been titled as ‘Mogul’.

If reports to be believed the film was made with Akshay Kumar but due to some reasons the project was dropped.

Now, in his latest interview with a news agency, Bhushan Kumar revealed that the film is very much on the card and he will make announcements related to the project very soon.

T-series honour IANS that his father’s biopic is an important film and he is making sure that everything is in the right place. He said that he does not want to leave any stone unturned in making this project and the name of both the director and the actor.

Bhushan said, “The biopic is on track and in two months, I will also announce the names of the actors as well as the director’s names.”

He went on saying, “This is my dream project and I am not in a hurry to make it because Bhushan said that some things happen at the right time, he said that in order to change the role of the main actor in the film, Bhushan said that he has met most of the people and even though he has not gone too far, but he promises that it is worth the wait.

“I have all the people. And to have absolute justice with my father, the main actor needs time to turn himself into character. I can not tell much now, but I’m glad the film is going on. By 2021 or 2022, we will definitely issue biopic, “Bhushan added.

Gulshan Kumar is a legend of the 20th Century who was one of the great singers of our country. Gulshan Kumars’ music label T-Series became a name to reckon with. He died in the year 1997.
