BJP Fielded Singer Hans Raj Hans To NW-Delhi Leading No Ticket To Dr. Udit Raj

Mumbai: Sitting BJP MP from NW-Delhi, Dr Udit Raj said on Tuesday that will quit BJP if party denied him the ticket

However, BJP has fielded singer Hans Raj Hans from NW- Delhi leading Udit Raj into anger.

Dr Udit Raj had tweeted saying, “I still hope that I will file nomination from my constituency and BJP where I have worked hard and proved my metal. I hope I will not be forced to leave BJP by BJP itself”.

In 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Udit Raj contested with BJP ticket and had won the elections. Earlier he was Indian Revenue Service Officer and had resigned in the year 2013, continuing the Indian Justice Party and later merged with BJP.

BJP has earlier announced all the 7 candidates from Delhi leading no hope from Dr Udit Raj to contest elections.

He tweeted saying, “I am waiting for the ticket if not given to me I will do goodbye to party”.

Dr Udit Raj is a strong supporter of the Dalit community and denying candidature to him can cause strong protest of Dalits in the country.
