Delhi’s Air Quality Remains In ‘Very Poor’ Category, Overall AQI 332

SAFAR has advised 'sensitive groups' to reduce long or heavy labour if air quality is not good

Mumbai: Overall air quality in Delhi remained ‘very poor’ with the docking air quality index (AQI) at 332 on Friday, the Center of Run of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR) said.

The ‘serious’ AUI of Chandani Chowk 405, the capital’s popular market place, was seen, while Mathura Road saw 334. The AUI adjacent to Noida in Uttar Pradesh recorded ‘very poor’ air quality with 351 standing.

The PM10 and PM2.5 levels in Delhi touched 264 and 161 respectively. SAFAR has advised ‘sensitive groups’ to reduce long or heavy labour if air quality is not good.
