Dharavi Reports 11 New COVID19 Cases

Mumbai: A senior official of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation said that eleven new coronavirus cases were reported in the Dharavi area of ​​Mumbai on Friday, taking its caseload to 3,385.

He said 2,946 out of 3,385 patients have already been cured, while there are 133 active COVID-19 cases in the area.

However, the civic body has stopped sharing Dharavi’s death toll.

Spread over 2.5 square kilometers, Dharavi is considered the largest slum in Asia with a population of over 6.5 lakhs.
