Kerala Reports 75 New Coronavirus Cases Tally Reaches To 2,696
Mumbai: Kerala on Wednesday registered 75 COVID19 positive cases, taking the COVID-19 infection tally to 2,696, meanwhile, 90 people have recovered from the disease on Wednesday.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan told reporters here that out of positive cases, 53 have come from abroad and 19 from other states, while three have been infected.
Currently, 1,357 people are under treatment and 1.25 lakh people are under surveillance.
The Chief Minister said that at least 277 Keralites have died in COVID-19 abroad and Malayali deaths have been reported from Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai.
Today, a Malayalee nurse lost her life in Delhi, Vijayan said. There are 110 hotspots.
