Nobody Can Match Modi For Next 25 Years: Shiv Sena

Mumbai: Shiv Sena praises Prime Minister Narendra Modi because BJP-led NDA maintains power with ease, saying that no one will be able to present the challenge before him for the next 25 years.

The party led by Uddhav Thackeray often criticized the BJP in the last five years but eventually sealed a new coalition with it before the Lok Sabha elections.

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said that the people had responded to the opposition parties who created “an atmosphere of confusion” against Modi about issues like the Rafael Fighter jet deal.

Raut, who edited the mouthpiece of ‘Shiva’ mouthpiece, told reporters here, “The whole country is in Modi-me (Modi’s emphasis).”

Raut said, “The truth must be acknowledged that no one can compete with Modi. Today’s mandate is that no Modi (Modi) can compete for the next 25 years.”

He said, “The country has repeatedly reaffirmed faith in Narendra Modi’s leadership over the next five years, and it will take the country further in five years.”

According to trends provided by the Election Commission, BJP was leading in 300 seats across the country. In Maharashtra, which sends 48 members to the Lok Sabha, the BJP and the Shiv Sena were leading in 23 and 18 seats respectively.
