Pune: Two Army Jawans Killed In An Accident

The jawans who lost their lives were identified as Lance Havildar Sanjivan PK and Naik Waghmode

Mumbai: In the College of Military Engineering, Pune on Thursday two army soldiers were killed in a bridge accident. Seven other army personnel have suffered injuries.

This incident took place when these army men were doing a routine exercise on the suspension bridge which was under construction. The bridge was used to scale the obstacles in difficult situations. While soldiers were exercising, the bridge collapsed.

A court of inquiry has been set up for investigation. The injured army personnel was rushed to the Khadki Military Hospital. The soldiers who were injured belonged to the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering course.
