Rahul And Sonia Gandhi To Be Among The Star Campaigners For Due LS Polls In Maharashtra
Mumbai: On Tuesday, Congress released its list of 40 candidates in Maharashtra were 40 seats are at stake for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections of 2019.
Indian National Congress President Rahul Gandhi, UPA Chairperson and mother of Rahul, Sonia Gandhi, Former Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh, Jyotiraditya Scindia who is the general secretary for West Uttar Pradesh and other senior party leaders like Ghulam Nabi Azad, Mallikarjun Kharge and Sushil Kumar Shinde are few of the leaders who are part of the write-ups of the list of star campaigners.
In the list, Milind Deora, President of Maharashtra Congress Committee and his predecessor Sanjay Nirupam are also lighted.
For the Maharashtra LS Polls, Former Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and Ashok Chavan will also be campaigning from the Congress party.
The Lok Sabha elections will be conducted within 7phases in the country, starting on April 11. Maharashtra will conduct the first 4 phases. LS Polls in India will continue till 19th of May.
Results will be announced on 23rd May.
