Mumbai: Congress president Rahul Gandhi to file his nomination from Wayanad by April 4 in the presence of his sister and Congress General Secretary in charge of UP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
Earlier senior Party leader has announced that Rahul Gandhi will be contesting for the first time from two constituency from Wayanad in Kerala and Amethi in Uttar Pradesh.
Today while releasing Congress manifesto, Rahul said, there was demand for him from South India to contest, as they feels PM Narendra Modi is “hostile” towards it.
Kerala which shares 20 Lok Sabha seats will go for polls in single phase on April 23.
