Mumbai: In a development judge S Ravindra Bhat was sworn in as the new Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court on Sunday.
He administered the oath to Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh here in the Raj Bhavan.
In the function, Chief Secretary DB Gupta read a letter of appointment of Bhatt, issued by President Ram Nath Kovind.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Assembly Speaker C. P. Joshi, members of the Council of Ministers, Jan Pratinidhi, Judge of the Supreme Court and Judge of Rajasthan High Court, including members of Justice Bhatt were also present.
