Shiv Sena-NCP-INC Joint Delegation To Meet Maharashtra Guv Tomorrow Over Farmer Issue

Mumbai: The joint delegation of Shivsena – Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) – Congress (INC) will meet the governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari. They asked his time for a meeting on Saturday and to discuss the issues of farmers.

While hearing this news it was spread that there can be the government formation between this three parties, but the Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan and the NCP leader Nawab Malik had cleared that this meeting will be only for the benefit issues of the farmers of Maharashtra and their will no such discussion on government alliance between them.

“I am aware that our joint delegation is to meet the Governor. This is clear that we are meeting for the farmers’ issue and nothing about government formation will be on our agenda in that meeting,” said Chavan.

The NCP leader Nawab malik stated that “Governor has allowed our request to meet him at 3 pm on Saturday and during this meeting, we will discuss farmers issues only, there should not be much speculation about it. Members of NCP, Shiv Sena and Congress will be part of the delegation meeting the Governor”.

Shiv Sena was quite enthusiastic for a swearing-in ceremony on November 17 – death anniversary of Bal Thackeray, but Congress and NCP leaders proved this statement wrong and said even though we agree on the alliance the high command will take time to get it on.

Earlier these parties have met the governor, Congress NCP together and Sena different about the issues on the farmer. But this is the first in which they will have unity and go together to meet the governor.
