Stalker Kept A Watch On Vicky-Katrina’s House And Followed Their Car, Posted Videos

Mumbai: The police on Tuesday informed a metropolitan magistrate court that the struggling actor who sent death threats to Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had been keeping a watch on the building where the couple lived.

Police on Tuesday informed a Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Bandra that the 28-year-old aspiring actor was keeping an eye on the building and the area where Kaif had stayed after marrying Kaushal. The court was told that Singh had also followed the couple’s car on several occasions and uploaded the video on his Instagram account @kingadityarajput.

On checking Singh’s Instagram page, the police found that he had morphed and merged his pictures with Kaif and posted them on his account. In the caption, he referred to the actor as his girlfriend and wife.

On June 13, Singh, the son of a doctor from Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur, uploaded a video message on Instagram threatening Kaushal and also sent a message on Kaif’s WhatsApp which claimed That he knows where the skill is hidden and will. Keep him at gunpoint.

A police officer from Santacruz police station said, “Singh had been harassing the couple since March 2021 and had sent abusive and threatening messages to the couple several times through social media and through voice messages and calls.”

The authorities sought Singh’s police custody on the grounds that they now want to investigate and find out whether Singh had threatened or stalked any other actor also in the past as there was a morphed photo of Singh with another famous actress on his Instagram.

The police also want to find out what was his motive behind stalking Kaif. “We will also find out how many times and since when had Singh followed Kaif and stalked her,” said the officer.

The magistrate court sent Singh to police custody for three days even as Singh’s lawyer argued that the 28-year-old knew Kaif since 2019 and morphed the pictures uploaded by him on his Instagram account. done. What happened. and claimed that the allegations made by the police were baseless.

The police arrested Singh on Monday afternoon from his hotel in Andheri east where he had been staying for over 7 months.

The police have registered an FIR based on a complaint lodged by Kaushal and booked Singh under sections 354 (d) and 506 (2) of the Indian Penal Code and section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
