Mumbai: Zee5’s The Sholay Girl was released on International Women’s Day (March 8). The web series is based on the story of Reshma Pathan, the first stuntwoman of India. Actress Bidita Bag has portrayed the role of Reshma on the show, which is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Sai Deodhar.

Aditya had said that the idea behind The Sholay Girl was to celebrate Women’s Day in a different way. The show had received good reviews and Bidita’s performance has been appreciated.

Unfortunately, the web series has been leaked on Tamilrockers. The notorious site had recently leaked Amazon Prime’s Made In Heaven (which was also released on March 8) as well. Meanwhile, check out what the celebrities & viewers have to say about The Sholay Girl.
