“Victory over negative politics” Sonia Gandhi On Congress Victory 3-0
Mumbai : Congress registered their victory with the huge margin in three states Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh at assembly polls commenting on getting back into the power, Senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi says, “victory over negative politics”. The UPA President said, this was “Congress victory over BJP’s negative politics.”
In Madhya Pradesh, Congress emerged as the largest party with 114 seats, Wednesday morning the anti-nail competition reached its closing. After 15 years Congress back into power in Chhattisgarh, meanwhile in Rajasthan the party fell two seats short of crossing the 101-majority mark.
Bahujan Samaj Party leader Mayawati supported the Congress in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, while pointing out to increase opposition unity, while the Samajwadi argued that the party could join the grand alliance of opposition parties to take the BJP in the 2019 elections.
Whereas now all are waiting for the selection of Chief Minister’s for the three states, Congress President Rahul Gandhi will decide after the victorious MLAs finish their meetings in the three states.
