Vikas Bahl And Anurag Kashyap Have Lagging Verbal Contact Following Year, States Kashyap

Pune : There had been no chats between film makers Vikas Bahl and Anurag Kashyap since Bahl had been charged on sexual harassment towards a female employee in 2017.

Filmmakers from Phantom films Vikas Bahl,Anurag Kashyap, Madhu Mantena and Vikramaditya Motwane broke contacts with each other since 2017. Dark reason behind this decision was when Vikas was accused for sexual harassment commited towards a female employee of the company. It’s been one and a half year since Kashyap haven’t talked to Vikas and the Manmarziyan director had been talking up about the relations recently.

As quoted by Pinkvilla Kashyap says “My stand on this is the same as it was back then. Vikas works in the company, he is a partner and nothing against him has been proven. But mutually, we’ve decided that we will work separately, in separate premises. Vikas and I are not on talking terms; everything else is a rumour. We will continue making films together but I see no point in making him uncomfortable. We can work in different set-ups. I don’t feel the need to sort anything out, because no one came forward to say or prove anything, at that time.”

Controversy gained lots of lips and was discussed for enough time until Madhu Mantena teamed up with Vikas for Super 30. This somehow covered up the lewd case, Bahl anyway isn’t visiting Phantom films office. There had been numerous productions from Phantom films including Udta Punjab, NH10, Masaan, Gangs of Wasseypur,etc.
