11 New Cases Take Mizoram’s COVID-19 Tally To 4,234
Mumbai: A Health Department official said that at least 11 people, including two personnel of the Border Security Force, have tested positive for COVID-19 in Mizoram.
Of the latest cases, eight were reported from Aizawl district, two from Lunglei and one from Kolasib.

The official said that ten new patients have a history of travel, and it remains to be ascertained how the remaining disease occurred.
At least 4,147 people in the state have recovered from the disease, and the recovery rate is currently 97.95 per cent. There are now 79 active cases in Mizoram, and so far eight patients have died.

The northeastern state has so far tested 1,82,272 samples for COVID-19, including 921 on Monday, with the positivity of 2.32 per cent.
