INDVsBAG: India Will Look To Continue Its Winning Streak, While Bangladesh To Register Its First Win

Mumbai: Its time to welcome Bangladesh as the T20I series between India and Bangladesh will begin from tomorrow. It’s probably the first time when Bangladesh is having the full tour of India. The last time Bangladesh toured India was in 2016 and they played just 1 test with India where India won the match.

Stat Preview: India played their first T20I against Bangladesh in 2009 and last in 2018 Nidahas Trophy in this period Bangladesh haven’t conquered a single win over India in T20I. Bangladesh does not have a single batsman who is ranked in top 30 T20 batsmen in ICC rankings. Deepak Chahar has been the best power play bowler as he has taken 29 wickets at an average of 22.76 T20I+IPL in last two years overtaking Bhuvneshwar Kumar who has taken 13 wickets at an average of 49.38 T20I+IPL. India is ranked 5th in ICC rankings while Bangladesh is ranked 9th.

Although India has Number one T20 league India is ranked at number 5th in ICC ranking which is a sight to worry. Well, looking after the ongoing Rohit Sharma’s form it seems India might improve its rankings. With no Virat, that means KL Rahul/Sanju Samson/Manish Pandey/Shreyash Iyer whoever plays will have to grab this opportunity. India will want Shikhar Dhawan to do well. They will keep a close look at his performance as his last 8-10 games were not good as his highest score in the last 10 games is 40.

Meanwhile, all eyes will be on 21-Year-Old Rishabh Pant well he failed to impress with his performance but selectors have provided him another chance on the other India has called Sanju Samson who is a keeper as well. Shivam Dubey is an all-rounder who has been added into the team to fill the spot of Hardik Pandya.

Bangladesh has been in their best form in white-ball cricket but they still haven’t beaten India ever in T20I. India has played 8 T20I’s with Bangladesh but the score is 8-0. Though in recent times Bangladesh has given a tough fight to India weather in T20 world cup 2016 or final of Nidahas trophy. With no Shakib, this Bangladesh team looks weak and I will not be surprised if India beats Bangladesh by 3-0.

India’s Probable 11:

Rohit Sharma (cpt), Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Shreyash Iyer, Rishabh Pant (wk), Manish Pandey, Shivam Dubey, Krunal Pandya, Yuzvendra Chahal, Deepak Chahar, Khaleel Ahmed.

Bangladesh’s Probable 11:
