Mumbai: As the Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena are ready to hold final discussions on forming the government, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that the Chief Minister will be from his party and will be waiting for the full term of the coalition government.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Sanjay Raut said, “The Chief Minister will belong to Shiv Sena and will remain Chief Minister for a full 5 years.”

Raut said, “People of Maharashtra and Shiv Sainik want Uddhav Thackeray to become the Chief Minister.”
This has come at a time when NCP, Congress and Shiv Sena are busy deliberating and negotiating and moving towards forming a government in Maharashtra.
Earlier, it was reported that NCP-Shiv Sena might go for 50:50 formula and congress would get deputy CM Post but now Raut has cleared all the rumors.
Smaller allies of NCP-Congress will hold meetings with the leaders of the alliance today to work out the final modalities and their role in the ‘Maha Vikas Aghadi’ (NCP-Congress-Shiv Sena) government in the state. The meeting which will take place at 12 pm, comes hours ahead of the NCP-Congress-Shiv Sena meeting scheduled at 4 pm today.
