What Are The Conditions Under Which Aryan Khan Has Been Granted Bail?

The bail comes 25 days after the arrest during a drug raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 3

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan in the drugs case against him. Meanwhile, on Friday, the court issued the conditions for his bail.

According to the bail orders, the star kid must pay a P.R bond of Rs. 1 lakh or more sureties. The order also warned Aryan Khan to not indulge in any similar activities or try to establish contact with co-accused.

The Order further says that they have to surrender their passport before the Special Court and are not allowed to travel outside Mumbai with permission.

The order states that the applicants should attend the NCB Mumbai office each Friday between 11 am to 2 pm to mark their presence. The order also states that they shouldn’t make any statement regarding the court proceedings before media of any kind including social media.

The order concluded by saying that the applicants should not try to delay the trial in any manner and if they violated any of the bail terms, NCB has the right to apply for cancellation of their bail.

The 23-year-old and co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha had to spend the last night at Arthur Road Jail. Lawyers of Aryan Khan have arrived at the Sessions Court to complete all formalities regarding his release today.

The bail of the trio comes 25 days after they were arrested during a drug raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 3.
