Administration’s Order Of Reopening Of Educational Institutions, Students Stays Away From Schools

Mumbai: Despite the administration’s order to reopen middle-class educational institutions in the Valley, with students staying away from schools, the day-long diversity continued throughout Kashmir.

Restrictions have been removed from several areas of Kashmir including several parts of the city. However, restrictions continued in some parts especially in the downtown areas of the city here.

Barricades were removed from uptown and civil lines areas of the city. Still, deployment of security forces continued to maintain law and order.

Private run institutes observed that no student attends TP to classes. Even most government schools did not see many students turning for classes.

Because of the prevailing situation, parents desisted from sending their children even to the government-run schools.

Last week, the government had ordered the reopening of primary schools across the valley from Monday. In the evening, the authorities said the middle schools would reopen from Wednesday. Still, students didn’t attend the classes on Wednesday too.
