Amit Shah Meets NSA Ajit Doval Amid Targeted Killings In Kashmir

Mumbai: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday met National Security Advisor Ajit Doval amid targeted killings in Kashmir. The meeting lasted for over an hour.

On this day, a bank manager from Rajasthan, Vijay Kumar was killed by terrorists in Kulgam, Kashmir. Rajni Bala, a Hindu teacher from Jammu’s Samba district, was shot dead by terrorists at a government school in Gopalpora, Kulgam on Tuesday. Also Read: Kashmiri Pandit Shot Dead By Terrorists In Jammu And Kashmir

Last month, Rahul Bhat, a clerk in the Tehsil office, was killed by terrorists inside his office.

Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina on Thursday said the recent targeted killings in the Valley are a conspiracy by Pakistan to create fear and sabotage the Centre’s efforts to restore peace and normalcy in the Union Territory.

Father of Vijay Kumar, who was killed today, said that his son was preparing for exams so that he could have become Branch Manager and shifted to some other state. “We wanted him to come to Rajasthan. But everything happens according to God’s will,” he said
