BJP Announces Three Candidates For Their Final List

Mumbai: The BJP has fielded candidates in 27 of the 28 Lok Sabha constituencies in Karnataka, as party announced candidates for the remaining three parliamentary constituencies on Friday.

The three Lok Sabha seats for which candidates were announced by the BJP on Friday are for Chikkodi, Raichur and Koppal.

While MP Sangana Karadi has been given a ticket from Koppal again, Raja Amaresh Nayak and Anna Saheb Jol got the ticket from Raipur and Chikkodi parliamentary seats respectively.

However, in the first list of all the current MPs candidates, they were declared as negligent, but their names did not happen in this and the concerns were raised in their supporters and their supporters.

Sangana Karadi was seen touring repeatedly on the residence of state’s chief BS Yeddyurappa to ensure his candidacy.

Rajasekhara Hitlal is the Congress candidate from Koppal seat.

Annasaheb Jolla, the BJP candidate in Chikkodi, is the husband of sitting party MLA from Nipani, Shashikala Jolle.

The three constituencies – Chikkodi, Raichur and Koppal – for which the BJP announced their candidates on Friday, will go to the second phase of polling on April 23.

Karnataka will go for the polls in two phases, 14 constituencies each, on April 18 and 23.
