BJP Is Trying To Divide Society: Kamal Nath On Khargone Violence
Mumbai: Following the clashes that took place in MP’s Khargone, former MP CM and Congress leader Kamal Nath on Sunday said that BJP is trying to “divide” the society.
He said, “These riots that took place in Khargone are against the culture of our country. Our culture is to unite the society but BJP is trying to divide it. I spoke to Khargone’s IG and he assured me he would maintain peace in the district.”
Kamal Nath arrived at his residence in the city today to meet State Congress President Vinay Bakliwal. Many more Congress workers were present to meet the former CM.
During the meeting, Congress worker Devendra Yadav and his associates got into an argument with a CISF jawan posted under Kamal Nath’s security. However, soon the situation was brought under control.
