Budget 2020: Session Will Be Focussed On Economic Issues: PM Narendra Modi

Mumbai: The Budget Session of Parliament will begin on Friday with President Ram Nath Kovind addressing a joint sitting of the two houses of Parliament.

Following the Budget 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “We all should make sure that in this session, we lay a strong foundation for this decade. This session will be focussed mainly on economic issues. I want that in both houses there are good debates on these issues.”

The Union Budget will be presented on Saturday. The first phase of the session will end on February 11, while the second part of the session will begin on March 2 and end on April 3.
