Mumbai: BJP-JJP is all set to form its government in Haryana today. Were the officials had a long discussion at Amit Shah’s residence here and they announced that the CM will be from BJP and deputy CM from JJP.
Earlier, Congress has tried to convince JJP leader Dushyant Chautala to ally with them but they failed to meet the requirements of JJP. Congress claimed that JJP is a B team of BJP. While BJP failed to cross the mark of 46 seats with the help of JJP’s 10 seats now BJP will rule the city.
It was also reported that BJP might take the support of independent MLA and HLP leader to form the government.
On the other hand, Congress party lambasted vom JJP and it’s leader Chautala saying, “When the BJP wants to gain power by dividing the society, sometimes Raj Kumar Saini and sometimes the JJP-Lok Dal will stand as a puppet. The public has now come to know the reality,” Surjewala said in a tweet in Hindi and criticized the BJP strongly.
“It is also true that the JJP asked for people’s mandate against the BJP and won 10 seats,” and opposed the JJP of choosing power over the promises.
Chautala said that his party believed the alliance was necessary for stability in Haryana. They also ensured that they will not depend on independent MLA for its government survival.
