Drunk Man Stones Friend To Death Over Flirting With Wife In Pune

Mumbai: A 30-year-old man allegedly attacked his 35-year-old friend with stone and killed him while they were consuming alcohol in Shirur tehsil’s Talegaon Dhamdhere village, Pune.

The accused and the victim are identified as Harush Kale (30) and Navnath Chaudhury (35). Things took an ugly turn when they both landed in an argument over where Chaudhury was flirting with Kale’s wife.

Out of rage, Kale attacked Chaudhury with a stone and killed him, and fled from the spot.

However, the case has been filed. According to the police, they found the unidentified body of the man on June 5. After interrogating locals, they came to know that two men in an inebriated state were fighting on road.

Though the Police has begun to look for the deceased friend and shockingly they found Kale in a drunken state near a tree. They also found a blood mark on his shirt.

The accused detained and was interrogated and also confessed to the crime. He said, that he hit Chaudhury with a stone as he used to flirt with his wife which disturbed him.

Meanwhile, “A case has been registered against the accused under section 302 (murder) of Indian Penal Code (IPC). The accused was produced in court, where he was remanded in police custody till June 10,” says SPI.
