FIR Against Four Army Personnel For Raping And Molesting A Woman

Mumbai (Pune) : An FIR has been registered against four Army personnel for raping and molesting a impaired woman in Military Hospital premise.

Where as the victim moved towards the Non Govermental Organisation (NGO) in Indore along with her complaint following which it was reported to the police later on. Further the NGO also sent the complaint to the Defence Ministry and Army Chief.

Looking forward to the matter Khadki police registered an FIR against th four Army personnel, were the three of them under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and one of them was booked under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code.

Further investigation is in process.
